We accepts all major International Visa & Mater credit cards. The authorization is done via the online payment gateway.
Checks, Demand Drafts, Bankers
Check Customers who do not have the option or do not wish to use their credit card for payment can choose to send their payments through checks / demand drafts / pay orders / bankers check. Send the payment to “Hyderabadbazaar.com”, payable at Hyderabad, India. Please include your name and order# at the back of the check/DD

Wire Transfer This facility is limited to select International Customers after a prior approval only. Customers interested in payment through this mode may contact us for details.
For certain high value orders we may request a payment credit to be made directly into our account. The credit via this mode is received in less than 48 hours ensuring timely deliveries. The wire fees payable may be deducted from the total due payment and should not exceed 8% of the total order amount.

Security

We adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information such as your credit card number is protected.
Our CCPC (credit card processing company) do not disclose the credit card number of the customers to their merchants. Customers are advised not to enter their credit card details in a place other than in the secured payment page provided by our CCPC. Also never disclose your credit card number to a person, even if someone pose to be speaking on our behalf. We never ever require your credit card number and never ask from our customers to mention it over phone or send it via e-mail.
Stringent measures from our CCPC ensure that the customer's credit card details are kept secure while transacting on the net, preventing unauthorized access. Our CCPC(s) adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and 128-bit encryption to ensure security of online transactions.
The software, installed at the stronghold web server encrypts transaction information using 280 bit RSA before passing it through an SSL pipe using 128-bit encryption. The data is stored at the payment gateway’s own state of the art data center, secured by sophisticated firewalls and other network security infrastructure. Physical access to the data center is restricted by use of biometrics. The gateway employs both software and hardware encryption to ensure the highest level of security.

Return Policy

Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Items :
Non-Perishable: In case of damaged or wrongly shipped items, the request for exchange should be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. These items can be Replaced if the customer wishes to do so, or refund is made, if such instance is notified within 3 days of delivery date.
Perishable Items: In case of perishable items like cakes, flowers, chocolates and sweets refund will be entertained only if they are wrongly shipped. While we take utmost care to ship items without any damages, sometimes, it may get slightly damaged, when distance is more or out-of-station deliveries for items like Cakes.
Refund against non-delivery
Non-Perishable Items: In case of missed/non-delivery of non-perishable items, due to the Non-Availability of the recipient, the order will be repeated once more after the stipulated day. If the item cannot be delivered after 2 attempts, then the refund for the same will be made.
Perishable Items: For delivery of cakes, flowers, Ice Creams, fruits and sweets the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, there will be no refund against such items.
Refund against cancelled orders
Refund will be made only against approved cancelled orders, I,e a cancellation which has been notified to us, and has approved by us. Cancellation should be informed minimum of 24 hours in advance of delivery Date. However, Approval of Cancellation is subjected to our acceptance for cancellation.
Partial-Refunds Partial Refunds will be made in case of multiple goods being ordered and one/few items amongst that list is/are not delivered. In such cases, customers get refund only against non-executed deliveries.
